Defects liability
Works to be carried out under the defect’s liability period include routine maintenance of the landscape planting works i.e. weeding, litter removal, mulching, watering and replacement of dead or diseased plants. Refer to Landscape form: Street trees and gardens final inspection Council may periodically check the site to ensure that maintenance requirements are being met. Should any defects be identified, the defects must be remedied or mitigated within one month.
